A Special Delivery!
Christchurch Women’s Hospital received a fleet of new hospital cots supplied by Active Healthcare to help support their delivery unit. Our BK02 Baby Cot is a high quality bed for the most precious patients.
These cots are highly transportable making transfers of highly precious cargo easy and extremely safe. Powder coated framing means they are durable and easy to maintain with numerous infection control features, including a completely sealed Perspex bassinet. The staff are very much looking forward to using the hi low function on this cot also – meaning cares can be done at a safe working height, but then lowered for viewing of the patient. Having the tilting function on the cot is extremely important for NICU environments where feeding is almost always done on a 30 degree angle.
Active Healthcare sourced these cots for the hospital after understanding the needs of mothers and their hospital caregivers. We enjoyed this very special delivery and ensured their safe arrival as seen below.
Cots were hand-delivered by our team in our special carrier vehicle. This is to ensure safe delivery. Once they arrived they were sterilised and thoroughly cleaned.
As seen here the beds are kept safe and sound.
